Looking for a CPA to evaluate a CPA-anchored exit readiness system

I am building CPA verified infrastructure for SMB exits that sits upstream of buyers, brokers, and QoE to address a common failure point. Sellers enter processes before their numbers are truly ready. Add backs are unclear. Related party expenses surface late. Tax and entity decisions made years earlier become diligence issues. CPAs are brought in after expectations are set, and the result is rushed cleanup, retrades, or failed LOIs.
The system is intentionally CPA anchored. It gives business owners a structured way to work through these issues earlier, while keeping verification, judgment, and fiduciary responsibility fully with the CPA. The goal is not to speed transactions up, but to reduce avoidable surprises during diligence.
I am looking for one experienced CPA who works with owner clients and is willing to use the system with a single real client who is considering a transition in the next few years. This is not advisory replacement, not a transaction tool, and not a marketplace. It is preparation infrastructure.
There is no cost to the CPA or the owner. That is intentional, since the system only works if fiduciary incentives stay aligned and CPA authority is preserved.
