My attorney cannot practice in Delaware and thus I am in need of a strong M&A recommendation, who can practice in the state of Delaware. Looking to keep legal costs low, while maintaining the best quality service (aren't we all?). Thanks in advance for the help!

Thanks for the tag ^redacted‌ - ^redacted‌ - Like some of the other attorneys mentioned here, unless you are litigating in the DE courts you don't need a DE-based lawyer to handle an acquisition. A large majority of my independent sponsor and searcher clients acquire companies through DE entities. I have a big law/ large cap PE background and now work with searchers/independent sponsors on a much more client-friendly fee structure. Why do you need a Delaware lawyer? Is there some special local Delaware issue? Virtually every M&A lawyer deals with Delaware entities on a routine basis. Most huge deals are Delaware deals and handled by New York (or other states) lawyers. It’s very rare that you actually need (or specifically benefit from) a Delaware lawyer. You do not need to be admitted to a given state to handle an acquisition of an entity organized or a business located in that state.
