Looking for a ENTREPRENEUR to build out their own company alongside mine

I am a former searcher and closed on a carve out of a residential new-construction flooring contractor out of Houston two years ago. We are solely B2B, and I am looking for someone with hustle to build out a direct to consumer business inside of mine. I'm offering the opportunity to be an entrepreneur and run your own show, with far less risk (no additional capital needed, ops already established and scaleable, HR and financial infrastructure in place, etc).
