Looking for a lender for a residential construction business

Has anyone worked with a lender who is perfectly ok with exposure to single family home construction. Deal is not for a contractor but they provide services for resi contractors and have 100% exposure to that industry. I have been working with Live Oak but they are not interested in this deal
