Looking for a moving company ran by a searcher

Does anyone have recommendations of moving companies acquired and ran by searchers? 

From my experience as a customer, it's been a sector with terrible customer service where one is bound to screening for the least chaotic option. I'm hoping a few searchers out there have ceased the opportunity to optimize some companies and deliver good quality. 

I'd love some recommendations if you've heard of any or are running one. Thanks in advance!

Just moved and bad customer experience can't describe that industry enough! Used company called Schlepper's (out of LA) and I rather chew glass than deal with them again. From prior military life, moves have gotten much more tech focused than I expected in the "quote" process so seems some innovation is occuring. Good luck to you but have few ideas about how to make it better and structure ops if want to chat.
