Looking for a non-SBA loan for a relatively small amount, $500k - $1M, just to bridge the equity gap on a small tuck-in acquisition. We could fully finance with equity, but would prefer not to if we don't have to. The business is significantly cash generative, and the seller is sticking around to run the business, but for personal reasons needs a more significant portion of cash up front. Loan could be short in duration, almost hard money like, 3-5 years. If anyone knows of lenders/good debt brokers that could help, please send them my way.
