Looking for a partner to build a HOLDCO

I'm looking for someone who is serious about purchasing multiple companies and realizes that it takes a team of like-minded individuals with a shared vision, motivation and drive to succeed. I've got experience with operating, leading a team, acquisitions and mergers but realize there is still so much I don't know. So many success stories have a strong partnership behind them. Think Apple, Microsoft, Google. I tend to be stronger on the operational side of things and where some of my gaps are currently is on the deal making side. I'm based just 90 minutes outside of Boston but am open to talking to anyone who is on the path of multiple acquisitions and realizes that by teaming up with other growth minded individuals, they can accomplish more in less time and often with less risk.
