Looking for a PE/M&A cofounder

I'm the cofounder of a b2b AI company that we scaled to 8-figure ARR (YC S22), and I'm now starting an AI-enabled roll-up. I'm looking for a cofounder with a PE or M&A background - ideally someone who's done deals at a roll-up shop or led M&A at a PE-backed portco. Prefer NY-based. Happy to share more over DM.
