Looking for a Telecom Banker - to raise $30-40M for an ISP

Do you have any recommendations for Telecom Bankers? We want to raise $30M-$40M to expand our broadband business (ISP).

It's a smaller deal, so ideally someone with middle/lower market experience in Telecom.
