Hi, 
I am interested in acquiring a Testing or Inspection business (e.g., in construction, aerospace, chemicals, etc.) with an EBITDA between $800K and $1.5M in the LA or Orange County area. I am also trying to learn more about the industry and brokers who may specialize in sales in this industry. I would greatly appreciate any leads or suggestions.

Hey ^Searchfunder member‌, I’m in OC and also looking for industrial test/measurement and inspection businesses. They don’t seem to prevalent or easy to find, and those I’ve found the seller is the business and has all the knowledge and relationships. Will let you know if I run across anything I can’t handle.
