Looking for a transaction lawyer in Wyoming

Looking for a needle in a haystack here..... any SMB transaction lawyers in Wyoming able to represent me for a small stock purchase agreement (~$1m deal size)? I'm assuming because the company is incorporated in WY that I need to have a local lawyer represent me, but happy to be proven wrong if someone else has been in the same situation (stock purchase from an out of state buyer).

Recommendations welcome!

Hey Jesse, I put a couple feelers out to see if I can get a name or two for you. From a quick look at the Wyoming lawyer rules, it appears Wyoming does not look kindly on out-of-state attorneys, even on transactional matters, which might make finding a dedicated deal attorney difficult. Maybe a more clever lawyer can find a way around this, but from my initial review of Rule 5.5, it looks like you need a Wyoming-licensed attorney. https://www.courts.state.wy.us/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/RULES-OF-PROFESSIONAL-CONDUCT-FOR-ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW-8_05.pdf

Hi Jesse, I don't happen to know any lawyers in Wyoming, but I would be happy to have a conversation with you to assess whether it would be a good fit for my firm to work with you on this. Feel free to reach out if you would like to talk: redacted ###-###-####
