Looking for a US partner/citizen with good credit.

We own a plumbing and HVAC company in the Mid-Atlantic region. We are currently turning over $11m plus with a $2m EBITDA.

This is the first of a large roll-up we are performing. The exit projected valuation will be between $175m to $215m.

The challenge we have right now is that we are not US citizens which most lenders need in order to get certain lending.

We are offering 5% equity stake in our business for someone with a very strong credit score and is willing to be our US citizen for funding purposes.

We are also offering a further $10k to the individual as a joining bonus.
