Hey ^redacted‌ I am not a broker but I think Luke tagged me bc I help those in the tax/accounting industry acquire firms. I've posted before on exactly how to go about acquiring a CPA firm for those who are non-CPAs. I do believe that having tax/accounting experience is important.
