Looking for additional investor capital in a 60 day timeframe

My partner and I operate a search fund. We have a handful of targets that should be under LOI within the next few weeks and at the pace we're going we are potentially short of the required capital to close. Does anyone have any tips on what the best routes to finding additional committed capital (outside of debt financing and their immediate networks)? The size we're looking for is under $1M.

Looking for advice, recommendations, or other interested investors (which we can take offline).

Thanks all!

Once you've got an accepted LOI, you might look at listing on CapitalPad - no cost for searchers and they automate a lot of the process. They give you a single point of contact to interact with instead of having to wrangle a bunch of individual investors. - https://capitalpad.com/raise/

You could post on the deals page here on Searchfunder if you’re seeking capital and want to do one off investor calls. If you want to get reach, could try going through the likes of Main Street Capital Network, Search Fund Ventures, Capital Pad, or Mainshares who have investor networks already in place
