Quick bit of context: Over the last 8 weeks or so I've jumped in with both feet in opening my shop as an independent sponsor... A few realizations have occured: 1. This is an incredible community of good people that want to help each other. 2. One risk that we have as an industry is that just about anyone can say they are a searcher or a sponsor, no matter how much understanding they have of deal process, m&a, etc. 3. I know of a few ways that I can give back and pay forward some of the help that I've been provided. So, this is a bit out of the ordinary as far as posts are concerned, but I've been working on ways to streamline my deal process and have built a tool that will generate all matter of branded deal documents (Powerpoint and Excel, IOI's, LOI's, Models, etc) and models for use in pitching deals. Im looking for 3-5 serial acquirers (not first time searchers) to take a look at what I've got, pressure test it, and think through ways to make it better. Essentially, my goal is to have a robust and customizable set of tools that searchers and sponsors can use to help them do better deals and hopefully level up the reputation of the industry in the process. I'm not sure if I'm going to commericalize it at some point (I do have to eat) or just give it away, but whomever is willing to help will need to sign an NDA and will definitely be able to use it for free forever. This is a desktop tool that operates locally in a browser, for now. Please DM me if you're interested. I'm tightening it up and should be ready to ship it in the next week or so. Cheers and Happy Searching!

Hey McLean, fellow Vandy guy here (MSF '21, EMBA '26). I've been building in this exact space for about a year now. Two live platforms: beta.jiglabs.ai is the main one, a full suite of tools and guided journey for searchers covering target definition through evaluation and pricing. 8 AI-powered tools, 700+ item knowledge base, and growing. valuejig.com is the earlier version focused on pricing in a single tool. Happy to share what I've learned about this market so far, given the similarities between what you're building and what I've built. DM me if you're up for it.
