We own a operate a early stage call center for home inspection companies (redacted). We are looking for an ambitious operator who is looking for a President role with full autonomy and ownership in a company.

The TAM of the Home Inspection Answering space is ~$10M. Once the leader in the market, we would look to expand through acquisition into other Home Services markets (HVAC/Plumbing, Electricians, Landscaping, etc.). All services where small business owners are out and about and miss revenue by not handling the phones.

The business has just crossed $1M in ARR and has a 100% virtual team allowing rapid scaling and proprietary call systems and pay technology (staff are paid weekly on a commission only basis allowing us to offer success based pricing).

Looking for a hyper driven individual who is looking to be a part-owner in a business and believes they can build an organization from $1M to $20/30M+ revenue.
