We’re currently in due diligence on a potential acquisition where much of the company’s success has come from online advertising. We’re looking for an experienced digital advertising expert (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, etc.) who can: Review current ad accounts and performance to confirm everything is above board and accurately represented. Provide insights and recommendations on how to improve efficiency, attribution, and overall advertising strategy post-acquisition. Ideally, we’d love someone who has worked with e-commerce brands and understands scaling digital spend profitably. If you’ve worked with (or can recommend) a consultant or firm that offers this kind of due diligence + growth advisory support, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Eric - two really helpful comments: 1) My background is in marketing, digital media, and e-commerce (ex Red Bull, REI, Vail Resorts, Smartwool, bootstrapped e-commerce startup founder). And through my ETA exploration, I've actually landed on the question: instead of doing my own acquisition, is there actually a consulting opportunity to support searchers pre/post with marketing and growth consulting? Still validating the idea on a macro level, but would LOVE to dive in with your specific need. 2) I’m actually here in Portland and would love to connect IRL. Drop me a message and we’ll find a time to chat. Jordan

I used to sell t-shirts back in###-###-#### , and then ran my own store selling a variety of products from 2014 to###-###-#### Got into acquiring digital assets after that. My recommendation would be not to acquire a business that is completely reliant on paid ads. I never do.
