Looking for an operator partner for a construction biz in MA

Keeping it short and sweet:

Great business, perfect opportunity to merge with my existing company in central MA. Lots of synergies to capitalize on where 1+1>3
Have done a site visit, amazing company, business is run better than most in the space.
very financeable w/ SBA

The problem comes down to location. It's not far at all from my existing company, but I don't have staff that can take over from the owner. I can't do it because I have a fund to run full time. I need a partner who can go in on this with me and be an operational partner.

The right person needs to be able to obtain a MA contractor's license (or ideally already has one), has decent credit (because we will have to get bonded and I believe that will come into play), is comfortable doing estimates for residential and commercial construction, and - most importantly - can commit to being on site in central / Western MA for a significant time.

I have people in my network that I've spoken to about it, and no one is able to commit to the location, since it is a bit out of the way.
