It’s been a transformative couple of years. Over the last 24 months, I’ve been leading Leap Distributors, LLC, a national surgical distribution platform I helped create and scale. Highlights include: - Integrating multiple distributorships into a unified operating system. - Building a specialty-aligned salesforce that increased rep productivity and accountability. - Implementing Dynamics 365 CRM + ERP to bring real-time visibility to sales, margins, and forecasting. - Driving contract renegotiations and product placement strategies that expanded margins. - Sourcing and preparing bolt-on acquisitions to accelerate growth and position the platform for a strategic merger with a PE-backed company. The result: we’ve built a $100M+ revenue platform with strong EBITDA and a clear path to exit. This past year has reinforced what I love doing most: stepping into companies, rapidly diagnosing bottlenecks, aligning leadership, restructuring systems, and executing aggressively to grow revenue, expand margins, and prepare for liquidity events. As I look ahead, I’m interested in connecting with funds, investors, and owners who see the value in deploying a seasoned operator into portfolio companies to drive multiples and scale.
