Hello,

I am looking for an SBA lender who is willing to be flexible when underwriting a higher growth deal with contractual revenue###-###-#### ebitda can cover ~1.25 of the debt service I'd like to put on the business, but 2023 will be closer to###-###-#### Revenue is contractual and there is high visibility into 2023 revenue figures (contracts for the year should be locked in before the close date). I would also like to do a seller note with a balloon payment to help with cash flow in the first several years post close, but need a lender who would take this into account (vs fully amortizing the seller note).

If any SBA lenders have experience with this type of deal I'd love to talk tomorrow or early next week. I plan to submit an LOI by second half of next week.

Thanks,
Justin
