Are there any aviation investors available in the group?

I am in discussions with few flight schools and looking for investors to JV with in exchange for equity.

Deals I have been sourcing and having discussions with owners are:

EBITA: More than $500K
Revenue: Greater than $1M
Org: Good Management in Place

I am interested in the economics of flight schools -- have heard from acquaintances that is is a very tough business due to high costs and regulatory requirements. I am based out of Michigan for what it's worth. Would be interested in connecting even though I am not available to (directly) help fund a deal of that nature.
