I have a great opportunity to acquire a supplier of mine, with a strong network of global manufacturers. Big upside opportunity to infuse my firm's technology into their business, expand margins by vertically integrating, as well as make several operational improvements (i know them well). Posting anonymously for now to protect seller. I know they are very motivated to sell. Will share more details with interested investors.

More of a curiosity, but any reason why there couldn't be a debt path (vs seeking investors)? Especially if it is a logical combining of forces with the improvements/synergies referenced? Happy to talk offline if helpful
