Looking for Co investors for Small Industrial B2B Manufacturer

I am in the final stages of acquiring a small industrial manufacturer in South East US. The business has a long operating history (founded in 1980), an established customer base across multiple states, and a small experienced team. The owner is retiring and is open to supporting transition. The transaction was originally structured with SBA financing. Recent SBA rule changes effective March 1, 2026 limit eligibility to U.S. citizens, so I am looking to bring in a small number of investor partners to complete the acquisition. About me: I have 20+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial strategy, and operations, including leadership roles in industrial companies and advisory work with major manufacturers.
