Looking for deals!

Hi, I’m new here and recently moved to Sydney from Auckland to grow my family office. I am looking across industries for deals where the owners is retiring and does not have a succession plan in place and the business is cashflow positive, is scalable and can be run under management. My current line of credit allows for upto $2m EV. For the right deal I am open to considering taking on another investor. Im open to talking with anyone that can help navigate me to deals with without a broker. Thanks.
