Looking for deals in SE Louisiana

I recently started searching full-time and am looking for a business in SE Louisiana. My wife is from New Orleans and we plan to settle down there long-term.

Criteria:
$750-2 mm EBITDA
Generally industry agnostic given my geographic constraints, but avoid retail and restaurants.
SBA Eligible

Also open to gov con deals with veteran set-asides, $3 mm+ EBITDA
