I’m working on a deal right now that needs 2.5m of additional debt to go with the traditional 5m. Most of the mezz shops I know won’t invest that small. Anyone know of anyone that likes that size range, or senior lenders that fill that void?

Tough one but there are a few guys out there. you may have to cut back SBA a bit to create room in the deal. Also, these funds can put in 500k-1M of equity.
Try the following
Spell Capital - Mark McDonald
LBC Small Cap - Don Rice
Promontory Local Credit (right up their alley) only debt/no warrants or equity- Jason Tepperman
