Looking for debt or equity (or mix) for 4th acquisition in Washington

My firm Reconciled.com has secured letter of intent for our 4th acquisition. We are a Vermont based online accounting firm, but the firm we are purchasing is in Seattle area. We need to find a capital partner that can do the debt and/or equity on this deal. We likely need to refinance (or payoff) the current debt we have on our balance sheet from our first 3 acquisitions (if you need to have senior position).
