Got in touch with a dental practice that is currently rolling up other smaller independent practices. Typically most of his acquisitions are 100% seller-financed. The owner is looking to make some more profitable acquisitions and would like to scale up his access to capital.

The business did $3M in net income n 2019 on $15M in revenue.

The owner is looking for the cheap access to acquisition capital that he can rely on moving forward. Anyone have any ideas about who might be a good candidate on the debt side? There's a data room set up and ready to go.

@amman - if still looking, check out Eric Standlee at American Prudential Capital (APC) in Houston. Family office, provided $Bs in funding for working capital and acquisitions over the past 30 years. Only caveat, they primarily use a factoring based financing approach. Happy to chat further as necessary.
