Looking for DFW area Company to BUY

Hi everyone,

I am helping a friend find a company to buy. Here are their criteria:
o Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex based o $750K - $1.5M cash flow / EBITDA o Clear opportunities to grow the business with relatively limited additional investment o No industry preference (given my geographic preference) -- ideal would be something with a creative bent (e.g., packaging, printing, interior design or building materials / products) o Slight preference B2B over B2C, but not a requirement
