Looking for Executives (equity available)

I have a deal in Data.

-$5-20MM yearly EBITDA for the past 5 years -20x patents -Includes a backlog of business and accounts.

The deal is in advanced data, this company works and consults in many other sectors including military, medical, Gov, and more. Ebitda fluctuates above 5MM$ and constantly produces new patents. I'm building a small 3-5-man founding team (founders will be given equity). I'm looking for Highly experienced managers, preferably as a CEO, CFO, CTO, or entrepreneur. Thank you for considering.
