Looking for feedback on data brokerage/resell business

I am looking at a data brokerage/resell as an industry. Would anybody care to share their thoughts on this vertical
1) Do you think it’s a commodity data and hence margins are going to keep shrinking.
2) Data privacy and cookie less future will further reduce TAM
3) Marketing costs will keep on rising as competition to sell the same data increases.
