Looking for Feedback — Would This Be Useful to Funded Searchers?

I’m considering launching a small, invite-only service focused on funded searchers / capital-ready ETA buyers who are pursuing brokered, competitive processes and want a higher probability of being taken seriously by intermediaries.
The problem to solve:
Many first-time buyers struggle to get traction in auction processes—not because they’re unqualified, but because they lack intermediary trust, pattern recognition, and deal positioning experience. Good deals exist, but they’re often not shown broadly to newer buyers, or they’re filtered out early in the process.
What this would not be:
Not a traditional buyside advisor
No success fee
Not a mass-market deal list or blasting CIMs
What it would be:
A small group of vetted searchers
Direct work on brokered deals
Emphasis on fit, credibility, and likelihood of closing
Deals that aren't on any of the marketplaces
Ideal Searcher Profile (who this is for):
Funded searcher or capital-ready ETA buyer
First-time acquirer is fine (even expected)
Strong professional background (finance, ops, consulting, industry)
Actively pursuing deals in the $1–5M EBITDA range
Comfortable in competitive processes and responsive to timelines
Values quality over volume and understands they won’t see every deal
There would be a cost at some point, but:
Materially lower than traditional buyside advisory fees
No success fee
Structured more like a membership / access / support model
This is very much a learning + alignment exercise.
