Hello everyone! - Quick update and ask for the group! I recently completed my first acquisition: a dental clinic in Dallas, TX. Post-close, the business has performed well, and we are now expanding into a broader Dental Services Organization (DSO) focused on orthodontics. We are currently under LOI to acquire five additional clinics in the Dallas area and are raising $1.75M to support this next phase of growth, alongside senior debt financing. I’m looking to connect with: - Investor brokers / placement professionals experienced with HNWIs and family offices, and - Debt brokers or bank relationships familiar with healthcare services (DSOs, dental, SBA / conventional structures) If you’ve worked with or can recommend anyone strong in either area, I’d really appreciate the intro and or info. Happy to share more details directly. Thanks!

Hi ^redacted‌ - nice to meet you and congratulations on your first acquisition. We have a lot experience financing these exact healthcare companies via the SBA. If you ever need help reviewing a deal, I am happy to help. We work with all the major SBA lenders. The bank pay us after your loan closes, so this is a 100% free service for you. You can email me directly at redacted or schedule a meeting with me: https://cal.com/francodeguzman/30min. Look forward to chatting!

I would love to connect. We have financed many dental practices and DSO models over the years and as a Commercial Loan Brokerage shop, we have direct lending relationships with over 500 institutions. We have a very large group of lending partners in TX and can look at all options from conventional financing to SBA financing and even non-bank lending. You can reach me here or directly at redacted
