Hello everyone! - Quick update and ask for the group! I recently completed my first acquisition: a dental clinic in Dallas, TX. Post-close, the business has performed well, and we are now expanding into a broader Dental Services Organization (DSO) focused on orthodontics. We are currently under LOI to acquire five additional clinics in the Dallas area and are raising $1.75M to support this next phase of growth, alongside senior debt financing.
