Looking for financing partners for roll up strategy

Hey there, my partners and I are looking to invest in marketing agencies, aiming to build a top-tier digital marketing group. Over the next two years, we plan to acquire four specialized marketing agencies with an aEBITDA of $1.5M+ each and roll them up into our holding company. We estimate a $6M valuation (4x) for each agency and are currently looking for private investors to invest or help us raise $3-4 million for our first acquisition, covering 50-66% of the deal.

Ideally, we would continue to partner with the same financing partner on the remaining three deals as well. We are open to exploring different capital structures (equity and credit) to suit the requirements of both parties.
