Happy to discuss with you if you like, but one point bears mention - anyone that says out of the box that you can significantly negotiate a franchise agreement/FDD is likely being disingenuous at best. In general, franchisors prize (and leverage) consistency of agreements across portfolios so there is limited opportunity to negotiate. Best of luck in any case...
