I’d like to revisit this point on this points, as it’s something I’ve encountered. In two separate cases, franchisors were willing to negotiate addenda to the franchise agreement without altering the original text. Is this an isolated experience for me, or have others seen franchisors agree to such adjustments when specific concerns are raised?
