Looking for Investor Feedback on Electrical Contractor Deal

Hi all, I'm looking to connect with investors to gauge interest for a $10-15M EV Electrical Contractor deal. Would love to get feedback on deal structure and check interest for LP participation. Currently in late stages of pre-LOI negotiations. Rough deal structure outline: - ~5x LTM EBITDA Multiple (~4x FY 2026E EBITDA) - 70% cash / 30% seller financing - Using private credit lenders rather than SBA for debt - ~2-3M EBITDA range - 90% project based (muni/commercial + high end resi construction) / 10% service; most customers nationally recognized GCs with city/county contracts as well. - Significant customer concentration in any given year due to project size, but strong repeat activity and diversification on YoY basis - Incredibly tight skilled trades labor supply due to very HCOL location - Multiple master electricians willing to sign multi-year retention deals - Very strong financial/operational controls found during initial due diligence Please DM if have any feedback or interest.
