Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on the acquisition of an established ecommerce business and am looking to connect with investors who have an appetite for consumer products, DTC, ecommerce, and digitally native brands.
The opportunity has a long operating history, meaningful revenue scale, a large customer file, repeat purchase behavior, and an established product catalog. I’m especially interested in speaking with investors who understand the dynamics of ecommerce businesses, including paid acquisition, email/SMS, merchandising, inventory, customer retention, contribution margin, and the value of owned audiences.
I’m ideally looking for thoughtful capital partners who can bring more than just capital, whether that is ecommerce operating experience, marketing experience, financial discipline, strategic perspective, or simply familiarity with investing in searcher-led acquisitions.
