Looking for lenders with quick turnaround

Hello all,

In a bit of a unique situation. I have acquired, grown and sold a number of websites over the last 15 years. I am currently self funded searching for a SaaS product ($750k EBITDA) and in talks with a target. However a small content website came across my radar which would add nicely to my existing portfolio. I have the content site under LOI for $250k. I could pay for the content website in cash however I would like to minimize my cash outlay as I will need it for my larger SaaS acquisition. I am looking for suggestions on lenders who would be able to fund a small loan ($190k) like this in two weeks. If I am not mistaken even SBA express would take at minimum 30 days.

Do you currently have cash flowing businesses? If so, I can leverage that revenue and have the financing available for you within a week
