Looking for like-minded entrepreneur with a PE-background

I am looking for someone with Private Equity experience to start a Search Fund seeding vehicle. I feel I have a decent operational and financial background (former CFO, current owner, and 2 Master's Degrees). I can provide legal and infrastructure, but I am looking for someone who can help build an investment process to wade through many pitches.
