Happy Monday!

Looking for attorney recommendations that specifically target getting the deal done within an appropriate timeline.

Ideally they will have a history of getting the deal completed, as opposed to a be-all-end-all client protection approach. (After researching a few, we've learned of failed deals as a direct result from the latter)

Thank you Luke! Glade - my friend is based in Chicago, however, we work all over the country. The goal is to get the deal done, and obviously if there’s issues that might be dealbreaker or otherwise bad for you, we will let you know.. We’re not into over-lawyering, where the end result is a deal has died.

We provide you negotiation support, documentation, due diligence, financing, assistance, and closing. We also assemble investor documentation.

I’d love to hear from you. redacted or###-###-####

Hi ^redacted‌, I'm a Michigan lawyer based out of Detroit. My firm, Groundswell Advisors, LLP is focused on SMB M&A. Happy to discuss our approach to getting deals done. Let me know if you want to find a time to talk. Feel free to DM me here or reach out at redacted I see you're in Metamora. That may be too far for a coffee, but I'm happy to try and make it work. It's always good to meet face-2-face.
