Hola Alvaro, I suggest you reach out to the local SBA, SBDC, or SCORE chapters. They have many clients in the situation you describe and will happily refer you to the right channels. They are 100% volunteer so their recommendations are completely unbiased.

What size transaction are you looking at? I get this question often. If the deal is smaller in nature, typically $10 million or less, just about all lenders require personal guarantees. You could go to the non-bank market to try and get a deal done without a personal guarantee, but you really need a decent sized loan and strong collateral, balance sheet, and equity. If you are trying to minimize your cash down, have a largely goodwill backed deal, and what a deal without a personal guarantee, that definitely does not exist.
