Looking for M&A Lawyer (FL) Open to Success Fee / Deferred Billing for Healthcare Rollup
I'm working on the first acquisition in a new Florida healthcare rollup (using SBA + seller financing) and are looking for a lawyer who’s familiar with these kinds of plays — ideally someone who’s open to deferring fees until close or doing a success-based structure for the first deal with standard terms for the following deals.
