Looking for Model with Real Estate Template

SMBootcamp's financial model template has been key in evaluating deals, does anyone have a similar template to model an acquisition that includes real estate and the associated 25 year amortization schedule with a 504 loan?

Thanks, Jonathan, this is very helpful. As it sits right now, the real estate is estimated at 45%, but that was off loose estimates, so I'm working to see if the split can be interpreted at 51% RE. If that doesn't fly, the weighted amortization will be tricky.
