Hi All,

I am searching in NY/NJ for a service based business with up to $2M in EBITDA. I have found that many of the larger businesses ($1M+ EBITDA) often require 2 people to replace the seller and other key management that are leaving with the sale. I am looking for someone operationally-focused to partner with me on an acquisition. I have an investment banking and private equity background so someone with an operational background would be an ideal complement to my skillset.

Please reach out to redacted if you are interested in discussing what a partnership would look like.

Yoni

Small businesses in the FedGov contracting industry are awarded 100's of BILLIONS of dollars in Set Aside contractrs every year! In fact, the Federal Government Small Business Program earmarks 23% of all awardable prime contracts to small businesses. Here's the best part. Only a very small percentage of small businesses pursue prime contracts. Statistically, a small business bidder has a GREATER than 1-in-4 chance of winning a prime bid. Plus...the ODDS ONLY IMPROVE AS THE SET ASIDE BIDS BECOME LARGER!

In many cases, a single significant Set Aside contract award can make you a multi-millionaire. Regardless of either acquiring or launching a FedGov company, you must have insights regarding how to bid on and win Set Aside contracts! Learn how during Government Contracting Academy's FREE Webinar this week:
