Looking for Operating Partner in Houston

We are looking for an operating partner/COO to join us in our mission to build and operate multiple locations of a leading national food franchise in the Houston area. This person will be our "boots on the ground" and will be the "quarterback" managing the day-to-day operations of the stores. We view this person as an integral part of our team and will compensate them with an equity stake in the business (in addition to an annual salary), enabling them to share in significant financial upside beyond what they could obtain from a corporate job. Our ideal candidate is young and entrepreneurial and has strong business acumen, with an interest in the food/service industry.
