Seeking an experienced Operating Partner to collaborate with small team on an acquisition. Target Profile: You have direct operating experience in one or more of the following: -B2B business services -Light Manufacturing -Asset-light 3PL -Value-add mfg. / distribution -Project-based / Government contracting - Field services -Tech-enabled services or BPO; etc. We are looking for: - An operator who has worked at one or more of the above business models - Experience leading through growth, add-on acquisitions, or operational transformation - Willing to engage pre-LOI through & through diligence / execution - Equity participation and meaningful alignment will be structured around performance and value creation. - $1-10M+ EBITDA business operating experience Who you'll work with: - Lower middle market investment platform focused on acquiring and scaling $1–10M EBITDA essential services and tech-enabled businesses - A team with reputable institutional private equity and investment banking backgrounds, bringing disciplined underwriting, structuring expertise, and hands-on execution -Experience deploying capital across services, industrial, and tech-enabled platforms and understand both boardroom strategy and on-the-ground operations -A collaborative group that values operators as true partners, not hired managers - Former Division I athletes who bring competitive drive, resilience, and a team-first mentalities -Decision-makers who move quickly, communicate directly, and maintain high standards -Most importantly: friendly, energetic, Midwest-modesty, and low-egos If you have built, worked in, or scaled businesses in these sectors and are ready to own outcomes and interested in working together, we would welcome a conversation.
