Are you looking for a capable GM, CEO, or operator to help run your acquisition?
I'm launching a service where I find and recruit highly motivated ex-special-forces officers with industry experience, and work with them in your acquisition for 6-12 months to get them up to the managerial speed required to take your venture to the next level.
How it works;
1. Discovery: I'll work with you to identify your goals (typically an exit), challenges, and specific requirements for the GM role.
2. Customized Plan: A tailored strategy to find a suitable candidate who can take on daily operations in your specific business.
3. Sourcing: I work with specialized organizations like the Honor Foundation to find suitable candidates across the country.
4. Managerial Training: I'll work hands-on with the candidate for 6-12 months to ensure your acquisition and the GM are set up for success. This includes; post-acquisition due diligence, hiring/firing planning, sales/marketing planning, systems discovery, EOS installation, and SOP creation,
5. Graduation: My guarantee is that by the end of the engagement, you'll have a full set of playbooks for managing your acquisition and a highly trained and capable GM who can execute those playbooks. The goal is for you to be able to sleep well at night, trust that your business is in good hands, and be set up to run smoothly and towards the goals you want.
