Looking for Opportunity Zone opportunities

Does anyone here have experience (or know someone) working with Opportunity Zones? I want to recommend OZ's to clients as a way to defer/ eliminate Capital Gains. (S)he could be a Fund Manager, or others looking to collaborate.

I'm working on a deal ($2M EBITDA operating company) in an OZ. The potential OZ investor economics from an OZ operating business are far greater than what one could get with a real estate investment. Happy to chat.

Not working with, but I invested (personally) into an OZ for the same reason that I am very pleased with - developing in San Jose.
