Looking for partners in Germany / Western Europe

I am looking for partners to start a buyout boutique for German / Western European SMEs ("Mittelstandsnachfolge") and build a portfolio of 50-100M topline volume.

My experience is mostly in the B2C digital & tech space (sales, marketing, product development). I have co-founded and managed companies up to 100M EUR revenue and have an extensive M&A track record.

Looking for partners with complimentary skills and backgrounds, e.g. finance / banking, tech / engineering.

Must be self-funded and be able to provide some equity.
