Looking for Platforms that Aggregate Government Tenders (France & Belgium)

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for recommendations on platforms, either government-run or third-party, that aggregate tenders (government RFPs) in France and Belgium.
Additionally, it would be useful if the platform also tracks to whom the past tenders have been awarded to.
If anyone has come across such services or knows where I can access this kind of information, it would be very helpful.
